A Dumbbell Workout to Develop Strength and Conditioning

In this workout, Mike uses the EMOM (every minute on the minute) sequence to create a class that will develop your strength and conditioning. It’s recommended that you have some moderately heavy dumbells or kettlebells to be able to participate in this class. This workout is ideal for people with some exercise experience and a good understanding of how to perform fundamental compound movements.
