Complete a YFitness video of your choice offered at varying impact levels. Follow along to engaging workouts tailored to help you reach all your health goals.

  • Beginner
    • For those new to exercise or looking for a low impact workout.
  • Intermediate
    • For those advancing in exercise and are looking for a medium impact workout.
  • Advance
    • For those with exercise experience and are looking for a high intensity workout
  • Gentle Fit
    • Low impact workout for people with reduced mobility.
