- For those new to exercise or looking for a low impact workout.
- Intermediate
- For those advancing in exercise and are looking for a medium impact workout.
- Advance
- For those with exercise experience and are looking for a high intensity workout
- Gentle Fit
- Low impact workout for people with reduced mobility.
