Are you activating your core while you’re working out? If you’re not activating your core properly you could be leading yourself to potential injury. Today Mike shares some simple exercises that can help teach our body to activate the core properly!
How to Properly Activate your Core | Part 2
Now that we have learned how to turn on our core, Mike has 3 core strengthening exercises to create a strong midsection!
1. Thigh Push – 5-sec hold x 8 rounds (2 sets)
2. Side Plank – 20-40 second hold each side (2 sets each side)
3. Bird Dog – 10-12 reps per side (2 sets)
Complete these exercises 3 times per week every other day!
