YGym 6: Strengthening Core and Tossing Skills for Ages 5-9
YGym Physical Activity for Kids Ages 5-9 April 22, 2020
Equipment needed: 1 basket or hula hoop, 5 soft items to toss. Kids will learn how to strengthen their core through a playful circuit. A tossing game at the end will use the core and develop tossing skills.
