Join Bonnie for a loving kindness meditation. Loving kindness is a large part of mindfulness practice. When we practice non-judgment as part of mindfulness we learn self-compassion. It’s the quality of gentleness and understanding for ourselves. This is a stepping stone towards being compassionate to others. We learn to feel concern for the misfortune of others so we may live together helping and supporting each other.
